Arnie Beaman has an affinity and deep knowledge of cars, motorcycles, yachts and just about anything else with an engine. He has lived and worked on boats for nearly 21 years and is a licensed captain. His guidance and consultation has even been sought by major boat builders and boat yards to improve their process, especially around customer engagement.
 

Joe Vinson grew up on the water skiing, fishing, sailing, building, and working on boats. This great interest to be on the water led him straight into the marine business where he has become successful as an experienced yacht broker, licensed captain, fishing guide, and boat enthusiast. Curtis was raised in the greater Detroit area of Michigan on the Great Lakes fishing, water skiing, restoring boats, playing hockey and taking long boating journeys with his family. Eric is Waylen Bay Yacht Sales’ managing broker and has over 25 years experience in the Marine industry being involved in the management of over a billion dollars in yacht and boat sales. As a native Floridian he has enjoyed every aspect the boating life that Florida has to offer and continues to share his passion of the sea with others.

Jerry has a lifelong association with boats, growing up water skiing and fishing in the Midwest and spending most all of his adult life near the coasts. Prior to joining Waylen Bay Yacht Sales he had a successful career leading high growth technology companies. He was also a commercial pilot for 35 years, and has a keen appreciation for complex systems management and performance. He has previously owned a 34’ sloop on the Chesapeake and several power boats in the mid-Atlantic and S. Florida’s east and west coasts. He is currently owner-operator of a well-equipped Hatteras 58 Motor Yacht, which offers him a unique perspective on the many considerations that go into yacht ownership and enjoyment.
